FREE Initial Meeting

We will set up a time to come out to your home for a free initial meeting and discuss your project needs with you. At this meeting we will be able to get a feel for your scope of work, design concepts and personal taste and also answer many of your questions. With your approval, Lakeside Kitchens will take measurements and pictures so that we may begin working on concept and design immediately.

Design Concepts & Budget Meeting

At our second meeting, we will present our initial design concepts to you and discuss general budget. At this meeting you may decide whether to retain us for complete design work and further project  development. This retainer will be applied to the contract once it is signed (generally $600-$2,400 depending on project size). This will grant you ownership of design plans and will establish a commitment on our part to provide you with our complete services. We will work with you closely to finalize plans, product selection and budget and will visit the project site with mechanical subcontractors in order to establish a final contract price and project schedule.

On Going Project Support

Lakeside Kitchens Inc. is a licensed contractor and will provide all of your project needs including design, products and materials, installation and mechanical subcontractors and permits and licensing. The only item left for you is appliances (we will install all appliances but do not sell or deliver with the exception of Vent-A-Hood kitchen exhaust hoods).
